Sofian and Ansel have been friends since 7th grade. They built their first company together, then took different paths.
A decade later, during a remote “bro trip” in Asia, they reunited to build the pitch that won Ansel’s Tokamai the Radar Colosseum Hackathon.
Sofian joined Tokamai soon after, bringing pitch and marketing expertise to grow the brand across the Solana ecosystem.
At Breakout Hackathon, they coached as many teams as possible, sharing the insights and tactics that helped them win Radar, while boosting Tokamai’s visibility.
The response was huge. Builders kept coming back for more.
That’s when they realized: this needed to become its own thing. Depitch academy was born.
Sofian & Ansel locked themselves 2 days in a Ho-Chi-Minh airbnb to build Tokamai's winning pitch. Without knowing it yet, this was DePitch MVP.
